How to choose moving day?
It is typical to choose the end of a month as a moving day to accommodate renting behaviour. However, we would recommend choosing a relatively less busier time frame to reduce your moving costs marginally. Any time you specify is perfect for us as it is your convenience and comfort that is foremost for us.
What are the payment options available?
We offer e-payment options like IMPS, NEFT, Google Pay, PhonePay. (Please specify the apps, other methods, cheques, etc). On booking, you will need to make an advance payment of Rs. 1000 and the remaining amount can be paid after the loading vehicle.
When should I book the service?
We would recommend pre-booking our services at least 5-7 days prior to the moving date to avoid last minute hassles and added costs of last-minute transport bookings. However, if our schedule allows, we take up bookings even a day prior to the move.
What things should I avoid sending with packers?
Avoid sending valuable items with packers. Laptops, jewellery and confidential documents are better off with you than anyone else, so that you don’t lose sleep over them. Consider carrying essential items like an extra pair of clothes, medicines, and other essential items that you need for your basic needs. Hazardous liquids and flammable objects, explosive and corrosive items and perishable food items are ideally not carried by movers.
What should I do before the packers arrive?
